Now in the next step Raabersped GmbH will merge into Express-Interfracht GmbH, which is also a well known and successful Austrian forwarding company on the European Logistics Market and part of the Speditions Holding GmbH network too.
The Express-Interfracht GmbH will be the legal successor of Raabersped GmbH in every respect. Hereby we wish to inform you that with this step, all activities of Raabersped GmbH will be transferred from October 01, 2009 to Express-Interfracht GmbH. On the same date Express-Interfracht GmbH will enter into all existing, valid agreements as well as assume the rights and duties thereof.
